At Sehat Bites, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality jaggery and natural food products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festivals, promotional sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Delhi NCR: 1–3 business days01

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on eligible orders or during promotional campaigns. Any such offers will be clearly mentioned on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email or SMS
  • A shipment tracking number
  • A tracking link (where available)

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable at the delivery location
  • Incorrect contact number
  • Refusal to accept the shipment

the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.
  • Take clear photographs of the package.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the attempted delivery).

We will investigate the issue and, if verified, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Transport disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier operational issues

Sehat Bites is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Sehat Bites will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Service Area

Currently, we deliver across most locations in Delhi & NCR.

If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and process a full refund if payment has already been received.
