Return & Refund Policy

At Sehat Bites, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienically packed, and high-quality jaggery products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we have the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Our products are eligible for return or replacement only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or leaking package.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or verified quality issue.
  • The package was tampered with before delivery.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • The original seal is broken after delivery.
  • The product has been stored improperly by the customer.
  • The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product was purchased during a clearance or special sale unless it is damaged or defective.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or replacement, please contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Customer Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photographs or a short video showing:
    • The product
    • The outer packaging
    • The shipping label
    • The issue or damage

4. Refund Process

After verifying your request:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may provide a free replacement if:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • A manufacturing defect or verified quality issue is found.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged item, or quality issue), return shipping will be borne by Sehat Bites.
  • Returns requested for reasons not attributable to our error may not be accepted.
